Role Overview
- Responding to high volume of inbound client/customer requests
- Providing information, processing basic customer profile changes, or directing requests to other functional business teams
- Researching and resolving high volume of complex customer inquiries and escalations
- Determining root cause and resolving client/customer issues
- Documenting the customer interaction in the appropriate systems
- Serving as a team resource and mentor for new hires
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 – 6 years of related experience
