Develop and Drive global account strategy in coordination with our scientific and business operations teams
Meet and exceed revenue goals for Tempus Dx and CRO product lines at the account while delivering on established strategic objectives for specific client accounts
Build and maintain executive and R&D relationships & drive our CXO strategy leveraging Tempus senior leadership
Negotiate, secure and manage pull-through of contracts with assigned client accounts
Partner with our clients to develop and announce impactful case studies leveraging the Tempus Dx and CRO platforms to advance precision medicine
Track progress against defined strategic objectives and revenue goals; review progress/setbacks frequently with broader Account Team and Tempus Leadership
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within the Life Sciences sector
Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business discipline; Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or Healthcare certification) desired
Proven ability to navigate multi-faceted client organizations with repeated success
Strong knowledge of the drug and diagnostic regulatory approval processes, both in the U.S. and internationally
Deep understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and timelines
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clients, acting as a strategic advisor
Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex, multi-year agreements
