- Support team management and coordinate activities, action plans and initiatives
- Coach and guide a team of highly experienced professionals
- Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
- Manage performance, results, quality, and client/partner satisfaction
- Make recommendations on planning and execution of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
