Provide advanced administrative, technical, scheduling, and visualization support for Military Construction (MILCON) and Installation Communication Grid (ICG) initiatives
Develop high-quality visuals, graphics, and presentation materials
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling formats
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project scheduling
Lead Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development across multiple projects
Support future capability timeline planning
Conduct dependency mapping and critical path analysis
Provide program management support including schedule tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation support
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
10 years of experience in technical administrative support, program support, scheduling, or a related role within federal or defense environments
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
Proven expertise in project scheduling methodologies including Critical Path Method (CPM)
Advanced proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
Strong technical writing and editing skills
Active Secret clearance required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Technical Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, a plus.
Certifications in project scheduling (e.g., PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), a plus.
