Role Overview
- Maintain a book of business
- Work directly with clients to answer questions and obtain information for quotes, endorsements, or renewals
- Process client requests for service; gather necessary information for submission; verify and maintain account files
- Assist sales representatives and/or initiate sales calls
- Manage client accounts
- Market existing and new accounts; negotiate with company underwriters; present best options
- Review monthly renewals in advance
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports
Requirements
- MUST hold current Property and Casualty License in resident state
- 2-4 years' insurance experience
- High school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred
