About this role
Role Overview
Provide excellent customer service regarding claims.
Serve as the primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
Educate and inform clients on the documentation required to file/process a claim.
Follow specifications to answer questions and resolve process-related issues.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
One (1) year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and the Windows environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently.
Bilingual in French and English.
