Role Overview
- Provide excellent customer service regarding claims.
- Serve as the primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
- Educate and inform clients on the documentation required to file/process a claim.
- Follow specifications to answer questions and resolve process-related issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- One (1) year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and the Windows environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently.
- Bilingual in French and English.
