About this role
Role Overview
You will work closely with our CTO and play a central role in technical problem-solving around our product.
You will act as the interface between Customer Success, customers, and Engineering, ensuring technical challenges are resolved efficiently and cleanly.
You will analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team (e.g., bugs, data issues, logic questions).
You will independently familiarize yourself with existing codebases and identify root causes of technical problems.
You will actively communicate with Customer Success and customers to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly.
You will support feature adjustments and technical optimizations of our platform (Frontend: Angular, Backend: Ruby on Rails).
Requirements
You have drive and enjoy solving technical problems independently.
You have programming experience (e.g., through studies, projects, or internships).
Ideally experience with Ruby (on Rails), JS frontend frameworks (such as Angular), RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (such as Postgres).
You are a strong communicator and can explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., customers, Customer Success).
You are analytically strong and take a structured approach to problems.
You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
As a working student you can commit 15–20 hours per week or you are available for a full-time role.
