Manage purchase requests and ensure compliance with approval workflows.
Support inventory and asset management initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving procurement, fleet, operations, finance, and vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, fleet management, or operations support.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and dashboards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience supporting a distributed field service or multi-location organization (preferred).
Familiarity with fleet management platforms and telematics systems (preferred).
Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems (preferred).
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management (preferred).
