Role Overview
- Manage programming and deployment of surveys and polls
- Assist with writing/editing reports and presentations of findings
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at continuous VoC program improvements
- Support development and implementation of the new ASME customer panel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies/practices
- Advanced Excel skills and deep proficiency with Power Point
- Extensive experience programming and deploying surveys with Qualtrics or similar survey utility
