Requirements
Proven track record of delivering strategic projects and managing complex change within Higher Education or a similarly large, multifaceted organisation.
Ability to translate institutional priorities into clear, deliverable plans and lead cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Structured, disciplined approach to stakeholder engagement using clear communication.
Organisational capability to embed successful change across the University while minimising disruption to teaching, research, and wider operations.
