Role Overview

• Become ALB's local point of contact for your area.
• Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique properties...).
• Management: Run your property portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, relations with owners and guests).
• Flexibility: Organize your own schedule and work from wherever you choose (partial remote work / on-site).

Requirements

• Persuasive: Able to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or another field, what matters is your willingness to learn and commitment to quality.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
