Real Estate City Manager

Role Overview

• You will become ALB's point of contact in your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Organize your schedule and work from where you want (partial remote work / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their properties.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field—what matters is your willingness to learn and do quality work.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
