Own and evolve the product management roadmap across a portfolio of products
Translate company strategy into clear product bets
Work closely with the SVP of Product and broader leadership team
Define and manage the product investment and resourcing plans
Lead, coach and develop a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers

5 or more years leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience working in a sales-led SaaS business
Strong background in the digital marketing or martech space
Experience designing and operating a pod or squad model
Track record of building or maturing a PM discipline
Hands-on experience with AI/ML product development
Experience contributing to pricing, packaging and product commercialization decisions
Strong background in Agile delivery environments
Experience setting and owning product KPIs at a portfolio level
Comfortable managing and influencing senior stakeholders
