Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
Work in close collaboration with the project developer and business analyst to ensure the solution meets user needs
Manage relationships with the project’s various stakeholders
Lead and influence squads’ specialists and various stakeholders as part of planning and development projects
Contribute to developing and recommending strategic orientations and business positioning
Make recommendations on the development and delivery of files and projects involving a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity
Identify and analyze problems, raise any major issues, develop diagnostics and make recommendations regarding business solutions and key market-development strategies and tactics
Coach other product owners
Represent your unit in dealings with senior management committees and decision-making bodies
Represent Desjardins when negotiating and committing to agreements with partners and external organizations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
