Design, build and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts across multiple systems, ensuring robust validation of functionality, performance and user requirements
Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect identification, tracking and resolution
Collaborate closely with project teams, developers, business analysts and stakeholders
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing and early life support
Monitor testing progress, provide clear reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and overall testing efficiency

Proven experience in a Test Analyst or software testing role, ideally within a logistics, supply chain or multi-system environment
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements and design effective test scenarios
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
