Role Overview
- Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
- Develop and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks
- Oversee key deliverables across Transformation, Branch Management, Regulatory Engagement, and Controls
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory standards
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure accurate regulatory reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance
- Experience in branch banking, customer service, or banking operations in a regulated environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the Indian banking sector, regulatory legislation, and operational requirements.
