Participants will undergo structured rotations across key operational areas, including Air Hub and Gateway Operations, Ramp Operations, Air Cargo Business Operations, Air Service Centers, and Air Network Planning
This is not a traditional office-based role
Participants will spend significant time in frontline operational environments, working alongside teams in sorting facilities, on ramp, and within time critical logistics flows
The program is designed to build real operational depth through direct exposure to the pace, complexity, and challenges of the network
Learning is further enhanced through project assignments, action based learning, and collaborative engagements to develop well rounded operational expertise
Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing participants will be considered for progression into supervisory and middle management roles within complex operational environments
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Operations Management, Logistics, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related fields
Prior experience in hub operations, airlines, logistics, or fast paced operational environments is an advantage
Demonstrate leadership potential with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Innovative, self-motivated mindset with a drive to improve processes and challenge existing ways of working
Comfortable working non-office hours, including varying shift schedules, and in frontline operational environments
Willing to travel regionally as part of the training journey
Strong verbal and presentation skills, with proficiency in English
