Role Overview
- Accountable for revenue goal through new client acquisition and retention
- Leads client relationship team and ensures access to resources and solutions
- Assesses client's financial situation and goals; implements solutions
- Develops sales strategies to grow client base
- Manages pipeline and ensures appropriate prospect opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years' sales experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in high net worth and ultra high net worth client segment
- Proven track record of implementing wealth management strategies
- Securities licensing, CFP, CTFA, CPA designation preferred
- MBA or JD preferred
