Deliver financial advice to a limited number of clients
Support resource to other wealth advisors on team, providing leverage to execute on client advice strategies
Support the delivery of comprehensive advice and customized wealth management services to clients within the practice
Develop a deep understanding of the financial planning process with clients
Deliver wealth, financial planning, insurance, investment, and estate planning advice to clients, as assigned
Partner with Private Banking team to deliver clients lending, credit, and banking advice
Proactively understand and act upon trends, attrition risks, and opportunities with clients and prospects
Adopt new platforms and technologies to drive operational efficiency and enhance the client experience
Ensure all minimum standards of care are met across all client relationships assigned
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
Must have, or possess ability to obtain, the Series 65 registration within 120 days of employment
Systems thinking and complex problem solving
Highly organized and can effectively multi-task
Professional communicator with interpersonal skills
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Bonus points if: Applicable experience within financial services, effective in personal networking, possess sales skills with acumen to close new business, experience with financial planning, proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, familiarity with eMoney client portal and financial planning software, demonstrate proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape, working knowledge of Workday, Peoplesoft, Archer, Skillport and Hyperion.
