Analyzes business impacts, recommends process improvements, and enables streamlined delivery of enterprise priorities.
Ensures clear, proactive communication of changes and enhancements across all impacted business units.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 9 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis.
Experience with business process design.
Experience in healthcare industry and project delivery.
4 years of progressive responsibility managing large complex projects.
Knowledge of delivery methodologies, focused on technology changes.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service and interpersonal skills and tactful in dealing with people.
PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
