Role Overview
- Support the financial and operational management of Global Communications
- Oversee vendor administration, budget reporting, and contract coordination
- Ensure accurate tracking across communications vendors, contracts, renewals, invoices, and chargebacks
- Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, and Global Communications team contract owners
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Fieldglass, Accounts Payable, and related procurement or finance systems
- Support monthly budget reporting through consistent, on-time delivery of reports
- Work with Finance to reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Procurement, Vendor Management, or a related business support role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with Procurement, Finance, and business teams
- Strong understanding of Fieldglass; experience working with Procurement, invoicing, or agency billing systems is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
