Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent;
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
Ability to create financial models, conduct scenario analysis
Understanding of financial and accounting principles
Prior work experience at a bank, asset manager, or similar financial services provider
Strong understanding of debit card operations, payments processing, and financial regulations
Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
