10+ years of relevant experience in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, process improvement, consulting, or related fields
Clear and effective communication skills in writing and presentations
Data-informed problem solver with strong Excel skills
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo
Strong project and program management skills
Ability to build trust and influence across cross-functional organizations
Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
