Role Overview
- For our growing team we are looking for a Working Student for Google Ads to strengthen our Performance team.
- Campaigns that perform: You build Google Ads campaigns, optimize them and scale what works — Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube
- Data that drives decisions: You analyze KPIs, identify patterns and derive concrete actions — not reporting for the sake of reporting
- Budgets that work: You ensure every euro invested delivers the maximum return
- Strategy with a system: Every optimization follows our proven methodology and success principles
- Questioning and evolving campaign approaches by actively contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement
Requirements
- You already have initial hands-on experience with Google Ads — for example through an internship, a working-student role, or a personal project
- Analytical thinking and a genuine interest in understanding why numbers move
- You work in a structured way and can keep several tasks in view at the same time
- Bonus: First experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Merchant Center — not required
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
