Manage client portfolios by developing and implementing account plans focused on the government market, particularly public tenders.
Drive new business and boost billing and revenue growth.
Act in a consultative manner, visiting clients to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor project progress and liaise with internal departments.
Increase client satisfaction levels by ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date management reports and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets for the portfolio.
Manage active contracts, including renewals, amendments and expirations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and solutions for clients.
Analyze the market and monitor developments in the segments where clients operate.
Manage demand handling, including account analysis and after-sales support.
Conduct on-site client visits to ensure an excellent experience and build long-term relationships, including engagement with C-level executives.
Continuously work to improve client satisfaction and experience with our services.
Work on recovery of accounts at risk (CAR) and monitor the sales pipeline and other KPIs such as client visits, leads and pipeline status.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in the Telecommunications sector, with a focus on Public Tenders.
Experience with Telecom and IT products.
Experience servicing accounts both in-person and online in a direct sales model.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives.
Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
Basic English proficiency preferred.
