Support the day-to-day administration of client benefit programs with a focus on Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting, data integrity, client service, and process improvement
Partner with clients and internal teams to collect, review, prepare, and audit data for ACA reporting solutions
Respond to client questions and help ensure timely, accurate reporting outcomes
Prepare, validate, and organize client-provided data for import into ACA reporting technology
Manage multiple priorities and project deadlines, particularly during high-volume reporting periods
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
3 to 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry required
Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Effective customer service skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
