Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to build talent pipelines, personalize candidate outreach, generate sourcing strategies, and improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining a human-first candidate experience.
Use Greenhouse to manage candidates, ensure data integrity, and drive an organized, efficient hiring process.
Screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Continuously explore new recruiting technologies, AI capabilities, and sourcing techniques to improve hiring outcomes and recruiter productivity.
Act as a brand ambassador by creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Requirements
2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse
Applicant Tracking System.
Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
Experience incorporating AI tools (such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI features, sourcing assistants, or similar technologies) into recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness (strongly preferred)
A passion for learning and experimenting with emerging AI and recruiting technologies.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
