Define and execute Bookboost’s marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and communications
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to align go-to-market strategy
Own the marketing budget and optimise spend for impact and scalability
Drive measurable contribution to the sales pipeline through multi-channel campaigns
Manage lead generation and nurture flows in HubSpot
Experiment, analyse, and iterate to increase MQL and SQL conversion
Build ABM and event strategies tailored to regional markets
Personally execute core channels when needed: content production, on-page SEO, basic technical SEO hygiene, HubSpot workflows, and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting)
Stand up lightweight measurement for these channels to prove ROI quickly before scaling with hires or partners
Strengthen Bookboost’s brand voice, visual identity, and market presence
Create thought leadership content that positions Bookboost as the hospitality tech innovator
Oversee PR, website, and social storytelling
Lead go-to-market launches for new products and integrations
Partner with resellers and integration partners to develop joint marketing initiatives
Set and track KPIs across all marketing activities
Report performance metrics and insights to leadership with clarity and actionability
Requirements
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in hospitality or CRM tech
Proven success leading a marketing function with tangible commercial impact
Strong understanding of digital marketing, HubSpot, and campaign analytics
Excellent communicator, able to blend creativity with data-driven precision
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
Strong working knowledge of content marketing, SEO, HubSpot, and paid media
Experienced managing freelancers and agencies: can brief well, set KPIs, QA output, and spot red flags or low-value work
