Sales cycle: You will guide B2B customers through the entire sales process — from first contact and needs assessment to a successful close and the development of a long-term partnership
New business & account management: You will win new B2B customers through outbound prospecting and strategically develop existing accounts — from small businesses to large enterprise clients
Lead handling: You will manage regional inbound leads in a structured way and convert them into successful projects through sound consulting
Client projects: You will manage complex customer projects, develop suitable solution concepts and coordinate implementation together with internal teams
Sales processes: You will document your activities in the CRM in a structured manner, analyze market and competitor developments and derive targeted measures to further develop our sales methods
Requirements
You bring several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a consultative environment or with technically complex products.
More important than your previous experience are your drive and passion: you inspire customers, spot opportunities and proactively create new business.
You are a natural salesperson: you convince with strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a confident presence — also with decision-makers.
First exposure to office supplies or ergonomics is a plus.
You have initial experience working with a CRM in a structured way, use it deliberately for strategic customer development and take initiative and responsibility for sustainable success, aiming to always achieve the best possible outcome.
You work independently and goal-oriented, have a pronounced hands-on mentality and ideally have already had first contact with methodical sales frameworks such as SPICED, SPIN or MEDDIC.
You hold a driving license and are willing to travel regularly to regional customer appointments.
You have business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
