You are responsible for a portfolio of strategic key accounts and distribution partners — with clear revenue and growth targets that you actively manage and report on.
You independently lead annual reviews, pricing and terms negotiations, and commercial agreements — engaging at eye level with decision-makers on the customer side.
You purposefully expand international sales: you identify new distribution partners, develop market entry strategies, and support onboarding and the establishment of new country accounts.
You work data-driven: CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline tracking are instruments for control, not bureaucratic chores.
You represent Stapelstein® at relevant trade shows, partner events, and industry meetings — and make the time to be present in person where it matters.
You proactively identify which accounts have the potential to become true strategic partnerships — and develop them accordingly.
Requirements
You bring experience in key account management or B2B sales — ideally in a consumer-facing, brand-conscious environment (lifestyle, design, family, education, or similar).
Experience with international expansion or building new country markets is a plus.
You negotiate confidently and purposefully and know how to navigate complex partnerships with multiple decision-making levels.
Logistics and shipping knowledge is welcome but not required — what's more important is that you understand the interdependencies and know where to act when issues arise.
You think in numbers: KPIs, forecasts, and revenue targets are orientation points, not foreign concepts.
You are experienced with CRM systems and actively use digital tools to manage your portfolio.
You work self-organized and are comfortable in a remote setting — but also know when in-person presence with customers is crucial.
You have excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., French, Dutch, or a Scandinavian language) are a real plus.
