Preparation of the monthly payroll in cooperation with our external tax office (DATEV)
Maintenance and verification of payroll-relevant data
Administration and maintenance of the time management system (ATOSS BoTime)
Maintenance of employee master data and digital personnel files
Preparation of contracts, certificates and other HR documents
Support across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
Support for the HR department's day-to-day operations
Participation in HR projects and digitization initiatives
Point of contact for employees and managers on administrative matters

Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with a focus on HR or payroll
Initial professional experience in personnel administration, payroll or HR administration
Structured, careful and independent working style
Affinity for numbers and strong organizational skills
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
Ideally, experience with DATEV and/or Personio
