Further develop, stabilize and design the architecture of our existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 — the system will remain in production and grow with evolving requirements
Gradually drive the transition toward open-source, customizable solutions instead of proprietary off-the-shelf tools
Work closely with Sales as a central stakeholder — from requirements to solution
Design and implement automations, workflows and integrations
Develop AI-powered use cases: lead scoring, next-best-action, automated communication, as well as forecasting & insights
Build and integrate AI components (e.g., LLMs, APIs, internal models) into existing systems
Question and evolve the traditional CRM approach toward intelligent, proactive systems
Evaluate new technologies and design a future-proof sales system architecture
Ensure data quality, governance and scalability
Requirements
Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong knowledge of system architecture, integrations and customization
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Good knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript and API design
Understanding of sales processes and data-driven organizations
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML, LLMs and automation
Openness to or experience with open-source technologies and migrating legacy systems
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and management
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
