Requirements
5+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments.
Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations.
Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent.
Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy.
