Senior Publisher Ops Account Manager

Role Overview

• Oversee and support publisher partnerships focusing on optimizing revenue.
• Manage all aspects of account management, from onboarding to ongoing client communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with mobile app developers and publishers.
• Leverage existing industry relationships for onboarding and supply.
• Monitor and analyze data metrics to enhance performance.
• Act as a dedicated publisher advocate in cross-functional meetings.
• Communicate with Demand Operations to understand inventory demands.
• Develop expertise in Nexxen products and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• required.
• 2+ years of experience in publisher management within the Ad-Tech industry.
• Strong background in the In-App ecosystem.
• Existing network of direct mobile app developers/publishers.
• Tech-savvy and familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and SDK mediation platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills.
