About this role
Role Overview
Advise and support private and corporate clients in the areas of insurance, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation.
Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Build and maintain your own client portfolio.
Conduct client and advisory meetings on-site, by phone, or digitally.
Service existing clients and acquire new customers.
Prepare quotes and support the entire closing process.
Maintain client data and documentation in the CRM system on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
You are ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve above-average results.
You are passionate about sales, distribution, and working with people.
You have strong communication skills and a confident, persuasive presence.
You think entrepreneurially, spot opportunities, and act in a solution-focused manner.
You work independently, take responsibility, and pursue your goals consistently.
Experience in sales, customer advisory, field sales, or the insurance/finance industry is an advantage but not required.
Career changers with a strong willingness to learn and a sales mentality are explicitly welcome.
You either already hold the VBV certification or are willing to obtain it with our support.
You have good German language skills and a polished, professional appearance.
A valid category B driving license and mobility are advantageous.
