Clinical Coordinator

Role Overview

• Manage a column of in-person patients each day
• Handle communication before, during, and after appointments
• Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, and oral photos
• Provide education to patients related to treatment options and their treatment plan
• Conduct comprehensive patient handoffs with medical and dental providers
• Complete scheduling and patient payments accurately

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work in healthcare
• Relationship-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Previous education and experience in the medical field appreciated, but not required
