About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of existing clients
Develop long-term, trust-based relationships
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Prepare and present tailored business proposals
Oversee contracts, renewals, and negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams
Anticipate and proactively resolve client issues
Participate in strategic meetings with clients
Requirements
Experience with short and long sales cycles
Knowledge of Kezber's products, including Power Platform solutions, IT, BI, as well as networking and custom application development
Familiarity with ConnectWise (an asset)
Customer-focused attitude
Excellent negotiation skills
Valid driver's license required for client visits
Bilingualism: French is essential; English is an asset
