Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities across the Italian-speaking market.
Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other prospecting channels.
Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
Present Netenders’ products and solutions to prospects and understand their business needs.
Handle and manage incoming leads and customer requests as part of the daily sales flow, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
Actively prospect and develop the Italian market through outbound business development initiatives, as the region currently generates a lower volume of inbound leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets.
Track sales activity, pipeline progression, and market insights through CRM tools.
Monitor competitor activity and identify trends and opportunities within the Italian market.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure excellent client experience.
Requirements
+2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, account management, or similar commercial roles.
Native or fluent Italian and a high level of Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Additional languages are always welcome!
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Comfortable with cold outreach and generating new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and sales metrics.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and basic graphic design literacy.
Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries is a plus.
