Requirements
Extensive experience in Customer Service over the phone & mail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Perfect writing & oral skills in Italian.
Professional level of English and Spanish (language tests will be realized).
Another European language would be a plus.
Ability to handle high volume emails communication and incoming calls.
Confidence on the phone and sales orientated.
