About this role
Role Overview
- You manage end-to-end recruitment for tech profiles — web developers, project managers, functional consultants, Product Owners, Business Analysts...
- You source our future talents: sourcing on social networks and job boards, screening CVs and managing referrals
- You conduct recruitment interviews and write interview reports
- You provide regular reporting through KPIs
Requirements
- 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with tech profiles in a consulting firm, agency or IT environment
- Dynamic temperament and strong listening skills: you are a high-level interlocutor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a real ease in building rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Professional English (a real plus for our international projects)
