Lead regional marketing strategy for IVF consumables
Manage full product lifecycle, including new product introductions
Identify and assess market opportunities using customer insights and clinical trends
Develop campaigns to increase awareness and drive growth
Lead go to market strategy for new consumable products
Maintain a strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows, clinical practices, and customer challenges
Engage directly with key customers to gather insights
Partner with Regulatory, Clinical, and Quality teams to ensure compliance
Collaborate with supply chain and operations to support forecasting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Seven or more years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or diagnostics, with experience in IVF or assisted reproductive technologies preferred
Demonstrated success managing technical product portfolios and launching new products
Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and consumable product applications
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross functional teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
Experience working with embryology key opinion leaders or clinical education teams (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear and compelling commercial messaging.
