Coordinate the full deployment (rollout) lifecycle of Mobile Access Networks (RAN), including radio base stations (RBS/BTS), antennas and associated infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, scope and defined quality standards.
Act as the primary client interface, conducting alignments, status presentations and expectation management.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors responsible for field activities.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with technical, contractual and safety requirements.
Promote continuous process improvement and ensure high performance in project execution.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Mobile Network Rollout projects.
Experience as a Rollout Coordinator, Delivery Manager, Project Coordinator or Project Manager in telecommunications.
Strong knowledge of Mobile Access Network infrastructure (2G, 3G, 4G and/or 5G).
Experience managing vendors, field teams and client relationships.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills.
Results-oriented profile, with experience in high-demand environments and challenging deadlines.
Advanced or fluent English (not mandatory but considered a competitive advantage).
Project Management certifications.
Experience in deployment projects for major telecommunications operators.
