Role Overview
- Preparation of judicial calculations (enforcement of judgments and execution proceedings);
- Drafting appeals, pleadings, and requests for court release orders (alvarás);
- Strategic case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
- Conducting in-person diligences at courthouses and relevant authorities;
- Providing legal and operational support to the execution team
Requirements
- Active OAB-AM registration
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the execution phase
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, and Google Drive)
- Organized, with good communication skills and strategic vision
- Proactive and self-motivated
- At least 1 year of specific experience with judicial calculations and the execution phase
- Practical experience conducting diligences
