Prepare, review and amend real estate contracts (leases, addenda, termination agreements, notices and settlement agreements)
Analyze contractual clauses and make adjustments according to business needs
Negotiate contractual terms and amounts with landlords and real estate agencies
Validate documents and verify property ownership and representatives' authority
Interact directly with landlords and partners to align contract clauses and arrangements
Support the team in negotiations involving legal aspects
Monitor contractual deadlines and renewals
Mediate disputes, seeking solutions that preserve relationships and the company’s legal security
Participate in legal proceedings when necessary

Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Previous experience in real estate law or contracts
Experience in drafting and analyzing contracts
MS Office (intermediate)
Analytical and negotiation skills
Experience with lease contracts (commercial and/or residential) — plus
Experience in large companies or retail — plus
Knowledge of SAP — plus
