implementing and delivery of a digital communications strategy for one or more customer facing portals (member, provider, employer, broker, or employee)
handling the day-to-day operations of the digital communications development and operation team
ensuring the realization of anticipated benefits
content coordination, editing and project management to publish clear and concise messaging in the right digital communications channel to meet business goals and stakeholder needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Three (3) years’ experience developing web analytics/e-business reports OR diverse business and technology experience understanding of the business and industry the technology is supporting OR usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies OR electronic marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and integrated marketing strategies OR experience in a web production environment
Understanding of current and emerging digital communications channels and related technologies (i.e., Web 2.0, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools)
Experience compiling relevant data for the purposes of reporting on digital campaign results and enabling insights for future tactic enhancements
Knowledge of segmentation and testing strategies
Leadership and innovation skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited direction
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to include editing, and storytelling
Organizational skills and attention to detail and solid project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Experience building working relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Teams, OneDrive)
