Distribute food in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident meals according to specified diet orders and approved substitute menu items.
Prepare table set-up in room and bus tables after meals.
Initiate resident tray service.
Ensure quality and temperature of food items.
Deliver and retrieve trays by end of meal dining time.
Organize and stock stations with supplies.
Enhance workstation safety and sanitary conditions which may include, but not limited to, picking up food and trash around the work area, cleaning tables, chairs, and other food service equipment and utensils.
