Plan, deploy, administer, and evolve the information technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and system performance.
Manage on-premises and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS), ensuring proper configuration, scalability, and resilience of the technology infrastructure.
Implement backup policies, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) plans, ensuring the integrity and availability of institutional information.
Monitor infrastructure performance using specialized tools, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL best practices or equivalent frameworks.
Ensure proper integration and operation between systems, networks, and services, guaranteeing interoperability and operational stability.
Support the implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, focusing on sustaining DevOps environments.
Manage infrastructure assets, including capacity control, inventory, and the lifecycle of technological resources.

Produce technical documentation for infrastructure and environments, ensuring traceability and standardization of operations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalents are desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, including hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
Experience in high-criticality projects requiring high availability and scalability.
Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (IaC).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana or similar).
Experience in incident management and supporting critical environments.
