Ensuring that global brand and marketing strategies are effectively adapted, relevant, and impactful within the sub-region.
Acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders, country managers, and commercial teams.
Elevating WSP’s visibility and strengthening its reputation across key sectors.

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in engineering, consulting, or professional services
Proven track record in brand positioning, strategic marketing, and business growth
Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles (including public sector procurement)
Experienced in integrated campaigns, events and ABM
Skilled in navigating matrix, multicultural environments with influence and collaboration
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Fluency in English is a requisite.
