You own the underlying logic of the app-level P&Ls our analysts allocate against. Ensure that actual revenues from NetSuite, core metrics from Looker, and app-level overhead are structurally flawless.
Drive Bottom-Up App Vertical Forecasting & Business Cases: Own the bottom-up budgeting and monthly forecasting loops for your assigned product verticals.
Act as the dedicated finance partner to our central HQ functions (Engineering, Data Analytics, Legal, and Talent Acquisition). Architect and manage the centralised cost-allocation framework that distributes shared overhead fairly down to individual app P&Ls.

3-6 years as an FP&A Analyst, Finance Business Partner, or Commercial Finance Analyst within a high-growth B2C digital consumer platform, mobile app studio, gaming company, or fast-paced tech startup.
Robust understanding of mobile app metrics (Active Users, Trial-to-Paid Conversion, Subscription Retention, Refund Curves) and platform billing structures.
Exceptional financial modeling skills in Excel. You treat prompt engineering (Claude for Excel) as a core capability and can seamlessly navigate business intelligence tools (Looker/Tableau) to manipulate raw data.
Experience managing, allocation-modelling, and optimisation-tracking corporate G&A, headcount velocity, and centralised engineering/cloud infrastructure costs.
