About this role
Role Overview
Develop the strategic direction of the Customer Success team
Lead a growing team responsible for support of four SaaS solutions
Operational management of the department, including resource planning and escalation management
Integration of newly acquired companies as part of acquisitions
Responsibility for cross-functional projects and change initiatives
Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior or leadership role in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management at a SaaS company
Knowledge of the e‑commerce environment
Proven experience leading remote teams
Experience in dynamic scale-up environments
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong execution skills and a solid understanding of efficient support and customer success processes
Experience with integrations, internationalization, or cross-functional growth projects
Confident communication in German and English
